Facing the vineyards, the "Micocoulier" gîte can be accessed directly from its private parking lot or from the raised terrace, adjoining the "Merlot" gîte (13G464) but separated by a palisade fence.

The gîte is resolutely contemporary and perfectly adapted: large living room/kitchen (fan-assisted oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker), lounge area with flat-screen TV and DVD player, mini hi-fi system, designer armchairs. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm opening onto the terrace, 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm accessible to people with reduced mobility. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

30 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, barbecue, 200 m² gravelled courtyard below. Wifi, heating included (wood-fired boiler), baby kit (cot, high chair, bath). Sheets and towels included.

This gîte is designed for people with reduced mobility thanks to its access ramp, wide passageways, adapted kitchen units (sink, hob, oven), and a bathroom entirely designed for everyone's comfort (washbasin, adapted WC, walk-in shower with chair).
