You're in the Alpilles, in a quiet little village at the foot of the Opiès mountains (500 m). Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' home, but with its own entrance. Private parking on fully enclosed property. Another Holiday cottage on site (13G626).
Piscine shared by Holiday cottage 13G626 and owners (7x 4m - depth 1.40m - secured by alarm + tarpaulin - open April 1 to September 30, 9am to 8pm).

Pretty terrace giving access to the living room.

On the first floor, the Holiday cottage comprises :
- Living room with high ceilings, corner sofa and large 138cm flat-screen TV. Dining area with high table and 4 high chairs. Open-plan kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster. Office area. Large dressing room for storage.
- Bathroom with Italian-style shower 120x80cm, washbasin, shelving, towel rail and washing machine.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- 1st bedroom on the mezzanine overlooking the living room with 1 double bed 140x190cm, shelving, wardrobe and armchair.
- 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm and clothes rack. View of the Alpilles mountains.

Reversible air-conditioning (included) - Bed linen and towels provided - bathroom linen/table on request - cot and high chair - electric grill - wifi - garage for motorcycles or bicycles.

Pets allowed free of charge (except dogs).

Bikers are welcome: Ludovic and his son are bikers themselves, and ready to show you all the beautiful roads of the Alpilles. Garage and small tools available.
