Discover Villa Les Coccinelles, a brand-new, fully air-conditioned and fenced detached house with private Piscine and pétanque court. Ideally located 500m from the village of Mas Blanc des Alpilles, the villa offers quick access to Saint Rémy de Provence and Arles, and is in the Alpilles regional nature park.

On two levels, Villa les Coccinelles is composed as follows:
- Living room with dining area for 6 to 8 people, open kitchen with bar and high stools, equipped with: 3 induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, small electrical appliances.
- Separate living room with sofa bed and connected TV.
- Laundry room with washing machine.
- 3 spacious bedrooms: a master suite on the ground floor with private shower room. Two upstairs bedrooms with double beds (160x200cm).
- Upstairs shower room with independent access: large Italian shower, washbasin, storage space, heated towel rail.

Outside, fenced grounds, wooden terrace with garden furniture, electric plancha and deckchairs, pétanque court and private 2.5x5m above-ground semi-underground chlorine pool. Narrow parking area on the property, but also available outside a few meters away.

Pets allowed free of charge subject to conditions: removal of droppings and respect for neighbors, security deposit withheld in the event of damage. Electricity: €100 supplement per stay. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included.
