Open-plan shower room with 90x150cm shower, washbasin with storage, towel dryer, cupboard with washing machine. Separate WC with hand shower.

Private outdoor area of 200m² (terrace + garden). Private spa. Ping-pong table on property. Parking spaces on fenced property (sloping road from main road). Pets welcome.
