In the Countryside between City and Sainte Victoire, La Maisonnette is a fully-renovated, self-contained studio set in the owners' grounds. Beautiful private exterior amidst the pines, with artificial turf, garden furniture and Spa. Ideal for a couple's getaway to relax and discover Provence.
On one level, the Maisonnette is independent and its exterior is separated from the neighboring Holiday cottage by wooden privacy screens and vegetation.
Air-conditioned living room with dining area (table, chairs and bench), large connected TV, fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven/microwave combo, dishwasher, small appliances), 160x200cm bed.
Open-plan shower room with 90x150cm shower, washbasin with storage, towel dryer, cupboard with washing machine. Separate WC with hand shower.
Private outdoor area of 200m² (terrace + garden). Private Spa available from April to October. Ping-pong table on property. Parking spaces on fenced property (sloping road from main road). Pet welcome.
Bed linen and towels included. Housework optional.
Pets up to 45 kg allowed at extra charge.

Denis Gîte agréable dans un lieu vraiment calme
Gîte particulièrement agréable et fonctionnel pour un couple, très calme, situé à moins de 10 minutes de Aix-en-Provence.
Accueil des propriétaires chaleureux, propreté remarquable, le jardin extérieur sûrement appréciable l’été.

le séjour était très agréable, le lieu est très bien placé et l'environnement est vraiment agréable. La location est top, tout y est ; rien ne manque.
Les propriétaires ont été très sympathiques.

Prachtige lokatie, op behoorlijke loopafstand naar het centrum. Maar door het park goed te doen. Heerlijke rust, en veel privacy in het buitengebeuren. Zonnebanken, bubbelbad en douche. Mooi wandelgebied op rijafstand, nl de Mont st. Victoire. Hier veel gemarkeerde wandelroutes van licht tot erg zwaar.
Goede info van eigenaar over omgeving, winkels en specialiteiten. Erg gastvrij, we komen graag terug.Henry
