Modern detached house with private Piscine

Lovely detached house on fully fenced plot: lawn in front of the house, gravel courtyard on parking side. It overlooks a small Countryside road just outside the village of Cabannes.
Secured (alarm) 8x4 private Piscine accessible from April 15 to October 30 (1.50m deep, chlorine-treated).

Raised ground floor (a few steps to the north entrance), two shaded terraces (pergola and awning) facing south and east, with garden furniture and quality deckchairs:
- Large, bright living room (south and east-facing bay windows) overlooking the Piscine: sitting area with two sofas, flat-screen TV. Comfortable dining area in front of the built-in kitchen. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, small appliances. Back cellar with washing machine and plenty of storage space, small appliances.
- 3 bedrooms with double beds (one 160x200 and 2 140x190), two of which open directly onto the terrace.
- separate shower room/wc with large Italian shower and towel dryer
- shower room with shower and washbasin adjoining two bedrooms (access from each)
- separate toilet

Reversible air conditioning throughout the house: included for consumption <200 kw/hours per week - Wi-fi - Barbecue - bed linen and towels included, housekeeping and pool maintenance included. The owner intervenes twice a week for the maintenance of the Piscine and the lawn.
As the Piscine is not secured by a barrier, the house is not recommended for families with young children who cannot swim.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
