In the countryside, between Alpilles and Avignon, very beautiful traditional house on two levels, with large open area of 5,000 m², private secure swimming pool (roller shutter) of 10 m x 5 (depth 1.5 m), accessible from May 1 to October 15 (heating under installation for spring 2020). Terrace with garden furniture, shaded by a pergola. Ground floor: very large living room opening onto the terrace, beautiful brightness thanks to the bay window. Lounge area with sofas and armchairs, flat screen television, hi-fi system, dining area. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has quality equipment, all integrated: dishwasher, high-tech oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, small electrical appliances, coffee pod maker. Independent toilet. Laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with double beds (1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 160x200). Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Independent toilet. Reversible air conditioning on the first floor (ventilation vents) and underfloor heating on the ground floor (included) - baby equipment (bed, chair, changing mat, mattress, wake-up mat) - sheets and linen provided - cleaning on request (90€) - animals prohibited - Barbecue plancha. A beautiful place for holidays with family or friends, to walk or cycle, discover the villages of Provence or the great tourist sites: Avignon, the Alpilles, the Lubéron, the Camargue....

Really nice place
5/5whilst it isn't within walking distance of restaurants or bars that's not what we were after. self contained property with plenty of space, a nice pool and grounds and location is good for exploring the bouches du rhone. we enjoyed our stay, it went without a hitch and we would definitely return if we were planning to go to that part of Provence again.

5/5Ce gîte géographiquement est excellemment bien situé. Sans vis à vis le gîte est à la campagne et à seulement 10 mn des commerces.
La présence de la piscine en eau salée est la cerise sur le gâteaux.
Équipements et confort parfaits.
Excellent accueil de notre hôte et des propriétaires toujours disponibles.

5/5Endroit très calme et isolé, mais à proximité des commerces (Noves à 1,5km, Châteaurenard à 6kms...,) et des lieux de vie.
Propriétaire disponible et très réactif au besoin.
On s'y sent chez soi, climatisation individualisée par chambres très appréciée. Maison conviviale et très bien équipée. Piscine (10x5 et sel) et pool-house ne donnant pas envie de s'en éloigner.
À recommander pour des vacances familiales ou entre amis.
