In the Countryside, between Alpilles and Avignon, beautiful traditional house on two levels, with electric gate, on 5,000 m² grounds. The 10 m x 5 m (1.5 m deep), flat-bottomed, private swimming pool, accessible from May 15 to September 30, is salt water, secured (roller shutter) and equipped with a heat pump in the event of a drop in temperature.
The pool house is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and parasol. Pool towels provided.
Photovoltaic panels for self-consumption and fiber for wifi.
Ground floor: very large, bright living room opening onto a beautiful exterior, with a sitting area featuring armchairs and sofa and a flat-screen TV, and a dining area.
Reversible air-conditioning.
The integrated kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, high-tech oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, small appliances, dolce gusto pod coffee maker, classic coffee maker for ground coffee and kettle. Tea towels provided.
The living room and kitchen open onto a terrace shaded by a pergola, with garden furniture for outdoor dining. Plancha grill.
Laundry room with washing machine.
Separate toilet.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with double beds (1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 160x200) Bed linen provided.
Individually adjustable reversible air-conditioning in each bedroom.
Bathroom with basin, shower and bath. Towels provided. Hair dryer.

Baby equipment (bed, chair, changing mat, play mat).
