Discover this comfortable apartment for 2 people (2 additional children possible) with heated swimming pool located just 5km from the famous Zoo de la Barben and Rocher Mistral, ideally placed to explore all of Provence.

From north to south: We propose you to stay in this comfortable apartment, attached to our house. You have access to the heated swimming pool from April to the end of September, as well as a private covered outdoor area.

The Holiday cottage comprises :
- A bright living room with large bay window overlooking the Piscine, comprising a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, 3-burner induction hob, hood, Senséo pod coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher) and a sitting area with sofa bed (possibility of an additional extra bed for a Kids - quality 19cm-thick mattress), connected flat-screen TV with Netflix access and bright Bluetooth speaker.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, an armchair, a large dressing room, a second connected flat-screen TV with Netflix access and direct access to the shower room. Reversible air conditioning and underfloor heating.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, shower gel and shampoo dispenser, double washbasin, heated towel rail and closed toilet.
- Laundry room with washing machine and cleaning utensils.
- A second independent toilet with washbasin.

There are 2 steps from the parking lot to the Holiday cottage and 4 steps from the living room to the bedroom.

Heated Piscine shared with the owners, 4x7m, 1.65m deep, open from 9am to 9pm from 15/04 to 30/09. Private, sheltered terrace/patio with garden furniture, sun loungers and private barbecue. Table tennis available.
