Situated high above the Cuges-les-Pins valley, with a beautiful view, the Domaine de la Rose des Vents Holiday cottages are nestled in a green setting.
The Holiday cottage Bord de Sea is adjoining the Baliet cottage owned by the owners, who live on the opposite side of the valley, but is very well insulated and not overlooked.
The Holiday cottage comprises :
- a living room / kitchen with sitting area (sofa bed 140x190cm - possibility of 2 additional beds, flat-screen TV 100cm), open-plan kitchen (2-burner induction hob, microwave, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, small fridge and Nespresso pod coffee maker) extending onto a counter / dining area with 4 high stools. The living room opens directly onto the private terrace via a bay window.
- a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed.
- a bathroom with a large 80x200cm walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
- separate WC.
Large private 80 m² terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, hammock, landscaping, view of the Cuges valley and private Spa in operation from March to mid-November. Shared pétanque court.
Parking on property with automatic gate and independent access to Holiday cottage. Electric vehicle charging station.
Bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, air conditioning and heating included. Wifi internet access. Private washing machine.
Pets (30 kg max.) welcome free of charge.

Le séjour était parfait. Le seul bémol était l’isolation presque inexistante qui fait que comme il y a 2 gîtes collés, nous avions l’impression d’être dans la même maison que les autres locataires et nous n’avons pas eu de chance car nous avons eu une famille à côté où les enfants étaient bruyants.
Mais sinon le jacuzzi et la plancha sont un vrai petit plus.
Et l’accueil du propriétaire est top.
Nous gardons quand même l’adresse, parce que l’endroit vaut quand même le coup et qu’avec un couple d’amis ça peut vraiment être sympa d’être chacun dans son gîte mais au même endroit en même temps.- Cleanliness

Pmcr Superbe gîte
Très chouette séjour. Le gîte est très fonctionnel, joliment décoré, propre, bonne literie. Il est bien situé pour partir visiter les sites touristiques (Cassis, Toulon, Marseille, ...) et permet de revenir au calme ensuite. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et reste accessible pour toute information utile. Le jacuzzi est un plus pour un moment détente. Bref, gîte à recommander !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce logement. Très bien accueillis par Benoît, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l'aise. Le gîte est confortable parfaitement équipé. La terrasse est spacieuse, le jacuzzi au top et bien entretenu.et surtout situé dans un très beau cadre à l'écart de la route. Idéalement positionné pour visiter les beaux villages de Provence, que ce soit en bord de mer ou dans les terres. Je recommande vivement, et reviendrons avec plaisir si nous avons l'occasion!
