Situated high above the Cuges-les-Pins valley, with a beautiful view, the Domaine de la Rose des Vents Holiday cottages are nestled in a green setting.
The Holiday cottage Bord de Sea is adjoining the Baliet cottage owned by the owners, who live on the opposite side of the valley, but is very well insulated and not overlooked.

The Holiday cottage comprises :
- a living room / kitchen with sitting area (sofa bed 140x190cm - possibility of 2 additional beds, flat-screen TV 100cm), open-plan kitchen (2-burner induction hob, microwave, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, small fridge and Nespresso pod coffee maker) extending onto a counter / dining area with 4 high stools. The living room opens directly onto the private terrace via a bay window.
- a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed.
- a bathroom with a large 80x200cm walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
- separate WC.

Large private 80 m² terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, hammock, landscaping, view of the Cuges valley and private Spa in operation from March to mid-November. Shared pétanque court.
Parking on property with automatic gate and independent access to Holiday cottage. Electric vehicle charging station.

Bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, air conditioning and heating included. Wifi internet access. Private washing machine.

Pets (30 kg max.) welcome free of charge.
