Stay on the famous Promenade des Anglais facing the Mediterranean and the Baie des Anges. This 19th-century house has been fully renovated and equipped to the highest standards, and is located below the Chateau Hill in Nice's atypical and historic "Ponchettes" neighborhood (from the Nice dialect Pounchetta, meaning "little point"). These are small houses lined up along the Promenade des Anglais, having survived the city's vast modernization and urbanization movement. They mark the separation between the old town, known as Vieux-Nice with its famous Cours Saleya, and the seaside promenade with its pebble beaches. An architectural curiosity not to be missed... They are now home to some of the city's most famous art galleries.
Villa Kriss comprises 3 levels:

Ektopix Great stay in Nice!
The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials (just missing paper towels) and the owner was very responsive and helpful (even mailing me a forgotten item right away after my stay). The apartment is very well located right in the Old Nice neighborhood with many restaurant nearby and a 10 minutes walk to the harbor. But the best part is that it is right across the street from the beach! Finding parking can be an issue. I parked at the Port de Nice parking garage but there’s also the Saleya parking garage nearby (under the Marché au Fleurs).

Hugh Short stay in Nice
Excellent position for visiting Nice, very comfortable house for a party of 6, easy access to local transport. Very quiet house despite being on a busy road. Beautiful views from the terrace

Ashers Great apartment in a great location.
The apartment is well appointed and clean, with clear instructions for arrival. A balcony with a view over the Promenade des Anglais, three rooms, two baths. We enjoyed a lovely long weekend here and wished we had more time. Strongly recommended.
