Sit out on the terrace and enjoy the exceptional view over the Var plain and the Sea as far as Cap d'Antibes. Holiday cottage "La Terrasse d'Azur" lets you stay in the capital of the Côte d'Azur, away from the hustle and bustle of the City. This Provencal-style house is ideally located in the heart of Bellet's AOC vineyards (ask the owner to visit one of these estates), close to the city center and the beaches of the "grande bleue" (Sea 10 kms away). The nearby mountains of the Alpes-Maritimes can be reached from the Var plain.
Air-conditioned Holiday cottage located on the ground floor of the owner's house:
- Entrance from first floor into air-conditioned living room (decorative fireplace, LCD TV with TNT sat, Hi-fi).
- Open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, extractor fan, freezer).
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 140*190 and TV).
- 1 bedroom (2 single Bunk beds 90*190) opening onto terrace.
- En-suite bathroom.
- Separate WC.
Large 60 m² private terrace (access possible via bedroom), electric plancha.
Courtyard shared with owner. Covered and secure private carport/1 car, enclosed property.
Utilities included.
Household cleaning (45 euros), rental of sheets for 2-person bed (15 euros/bed), 1-person bed (7.5 euros/bed), bathroom linen/house (15 euros/stay). Tourist tax extra.

Marc Séjour agréable dans un gîte accueillant.
Le gîte est très bien situé. Il est à la fois près de la ville de Nice et central par rapport à la belle région aux alentours. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et donnent de bons conseils pour se déplacer plus facilement ( usage du tram pour aller au centre de Nice).
Le gîte est très bien équipé et il dispose d'une très belle terrasse dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter en ce mois de février.- Cleanliness

Nastya New Year holidays in Nice
I spent New year’s holidays with my husband and son in this rental. The owner’s are very welcoming, the place was nicely decorated. The house is clean, there is nice terrace with the beautiful view on the sea. It’s very well equipped, we found everything what we needed. Take into account, that car is needed for the convenient logistics, we were combining car with the tram to get to the city.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, les propriétaires sont très attentifs mais avec discrétion. Les photos représentent bien le gîte, avec une vue de rêve. le matériel de cuisine est impeccable et on a tout comme chez soi (même avec des jeunes enfants). La possibilité de garer sa voiture à l'intérieur de la propriété est vraiment un plus.
Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et pour Noël c'était un vrai cadeau.- Cleanliness
