This Provencal-style house is ideally located in the heart of Bellet's AOC vineyards (ask the owner to visit one of these estates), close to the city center and the beaches of the "grande bleue" (Sea 10 kms away). The nearby mountains of the Alpes-Maritimes can be reached from the Var plain.

- Entrance from first floor into air-conditioned living room (decorative fireplace, LCD TV with TNT sat, Hi-fi).
- Open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, extractor fan, freezer).
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 140*190 and TV).
- 1 bedroom (2 single Bunk beds 90*190) opening onto terrace.
- En-suite bathroom.
- Separate WC.

Large 60 m² private terrace (access possible via bedroom), electric plancha.
Courtyard shared with owner. Covered and secure private carport/1 car, enclosed property.

Household cleaning (45 euros), rental of sheets for 2-person bed (15 euros/bed), 1-person bed (7.5 euros/bed), bathroom linen/house (15 euros/stay). Tourist tax extra.
