Located in a quiet area not overlooked, close to Antibes, shops and entertainment, this quality, comfortable and cosy accommodation will provide you with a pleasant stay on the Côte d'Azur.
Its location close to both Vallauris and Antibes means you'll have easy access to the nearby coastline, or to the heights of Grasse and the Gorges du Loup. Close to all the cultural, sporting and historical sites.
On the garden level of the owners' house:
- Entrance into living-dining room.
- Independent, fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to 30 m² covered terrace.
- 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV (140*190 and 160*190).
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
Parking on the property.
Communal enclosed grounds of 1500 m².

WS sehr schöne Wohnung
Die große Wohnung war gut ausgestattet mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine.
Der Garten entsprach nicht ganz den schönen Bildern aus dem Internet.
Viele Mücken und auch Tigermücken.
Leider ging im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts die Warnung für eine andere gefährliche Mückenart auf unserem Handy ein. Der abendliche Aufenthalt war dann gestrichen und wir haben den Garten nur noch für das Frühstück genutzt.- Cleanliness

Paris Séjour à Vallauris
Gîte très bien situé entre mer et arrière pays, spacieux. La grande table extérieure a été très appréciée. De plus les confitures du propriétaire sont excellentes !

Familia Lucini En el centro de la Costa Azul
Además de la familiar acogida de Jeannine y Bernard, siempre atentos por agradar y facilitar la estancia, destacaría la ubicación, fuera de los circuitos masificados de turistas, en zona muy tranquila y en un punto céntrico para visitar la Costa Azul.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Bernard est de très bons conseils pour les sites à découvrir. Ils sont à l'écoute de leurs hôtes et font preuve de gentillesse. La tarte à la tomate de Jeaninne est fabuleuse. Maison ombragée convient aux amoureux de la nature.
Avec leurs connaissances, vous pourrez découvrir les meilleures adresses de verrerie, de villages typiques, de musées....- Cleanliness
