Located in a quiet area not overlooked, close to Antibes, shops and entertainment, this quality, comfortable and cosy accommodation will provide you with a pleasant stay on the Côte d'Azur.
Its location close to both Vallauris and Antibes means you'll have easy access to the nearby coastline, or to the heights of Grasse and the Gorges du Loup. Close to all the cultural, sporting and historical sites.
On the garden level of the owners' house:
- Entrance into living-dining room.
- Independent, fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to 30 m² covered terrace.
- 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV (140*190 and 160*190).
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
Parking on the property.
Communal enclosed grounds of 1500 m².

Mieux accueilli que ça n'est pas possible. Bernard est toujours de bonne composition ...même quand on lui casse son portail ! Il est de bon conseil pour les visites et les bons coins à découvrir. Je recommande ce gîte sans aucune hésitation. Encore merci Bernard ! Et encore toutes nos excuses pour le portail...

Très beau gite, très grand ,très grand patio très bel environnement, super bien équipé, super calme, proche de la ville en étant au milieu de la nature et proche de la mer. Il y a tout ce qu'on a besoin et bons renseignements du propriétaire

WS sehr schöne Wohnung
Die große Wohnung war gut ausgestattet mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine.
Der Garten entsprach nicht ganz den schönen Bildern aus dem Internet.
Viele Mücken und auch Tigermücken.
Leider ging im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts die Warnung für eine andere gefährliche Mückenart auf unserem Handy ein. Der abendliche Aufenthalt war dann gestrichen und wir haben den Garten nur noch für das Frühstück genutzt.- Cleanliness

Paris Séjour à Vallauris
Gîte très bien situé entre mer et arrière pays, spacieux. La grande table extérieure a été très appréciée. De plus les confitures du propriétaire sont excellentes !
