Located in a quiet area not overlooked, close to Antibes, shops and entertainment, this quality, comfortable and cosy accommodation will provide you with a pleasant stay on the Côte d'Azur.
Its location close to both Vallauris and Antibes means you'll have easy access to the nearby coastline, or to the heights of Grasse and the Gorges du Loup. Close to all the cultural, sporting and historical sites.
On the garden level of the owners' house:
- Entrance into living-dining room.
- Independent, fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to 30 m² covered terrace.
- 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV (140*190 and 160*190).
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
Parking on the property.

Charlotte - DK Very nice and calm place in a closed garden
The area is very busy and with a lot of traffic - but you do not notice that within the house or garden. Only a few kilometres away from a nice beach and the Golfe-Juan train station. The house is very well equipped. Only downsize was that wi-fi does not reach very good beyond the living room which was annoying when we tried to sit on the terrace followong the stages of the TdF. We received a nice welcome and good explanation of all the equipment in the house. Remember to bring something to scare the mosquitoes away.

Excellent séjour. L’accueil des propriétaires a été très agréable à l’écoute. Nos petites filles ont bien profité de l’espace extérieur et des jeux extérieurs. Le gîte est spacieux et confortable. Merci
