This communal Holiday cottage is a characterful stone village house on 2 levels, located at the highest point of the medieval village of Lucéram, adjacent to the cemetery and the church of Sainte-Marguerite. A pretty terrace with furniture welcomes you for meals, with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains.
Lucéram is a pedestrian village just 40 minutes from Nice and the coast. Many of the remains of the medieval castle can be seen as you make your way up the village's cool, narrow streets. Also worth a visit are the Museum of Old Tools and Local History, and the Crib Museum, unique in the region.
In December, many holidaymakers and visitors flock to the village streets to discover the various cribs on display, from the smallest to the most imposing. At Christmas, the midnight mass is not to be missed, with a living crib reflecting all the traditions of the village of yesteryear.
Holiday cottage in duplex with pedestrian access :

Electric heating. Utilities included. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Keys handed over at the country house before 6:00 pm. We accept only 1 pet per stay.
Public parking lot 300 m away.
Note the proximity of the bell tower, which rings every hour, day and night!

Stephane Logement au calme au cœur d'un village médiéval
Logement très calme au cœur du très beau village médiéval de Luceram. Idéal pour 4 personnes. Attention, accès avec les bagages un peu compliqué (pas d'accès en voiture au logement, il faut traverser le village pentu à pied). Boulangerie, boucherie et mini épicerie disponible au village, pour les autres services il faut descendre plus bas dans la vallée.

Bonjour
En effet il y un parking en bas du village, mais il y en a un autre en haut du village à 200 m du gite, Le Parking de La Tour. Ce qui évite de remonter tout le village avec les bagages.
Nous sommes ravis que vus ayez passé un agréable séjour dans le beau village de Lucéram.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un magnifique village, avec des commerces de proximité, une épicerie, une boulangerie et surtout une boucherie avec un très bon restaurant attenant.
Une précision concernant le gîte, la chambre au rez-de-chaussée est équipée d'un convertible certes, mais pas très confortable.- Cleanliness

Super gite au cœur du village.
Confortable, bien équipé il permet un séjour reposant, bercé par le rythme du clocher.
Les infos pour l'arrivée au gite sont claires, il manque juste quelques infos plus précise pour trouver le gite dans le village.
