Holiday cottage located 200m from the village, adjoining another house to the rear. Ground floor: entrance hall leading to kitchen/living room, separate WC, bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room. First floor: landing with large storage cupboard leading to shower room with washing machine, separate WC, first bedroom (1 bed 160) and second bedroom (1 bed 160, access through door 1.70m high). Wifi access. Outside, a fully-covered terrace with garden furniture, deckchair, plancha and outdoor fridge. Private parking on the plot. Hybrid and electric car recharging point available in the City 200m away (no technical possibility for the Holiday cottage). Access by gate with digicode. Shared entrance: right of way for N°42 (owners' parents).

Bed linen provided.

Optional: Housekeeping package: €140/stay; towels for hire: €10/person/stay.

In addition if chosen:
* Heating package: 5€/day (to be paid to the owner).
* Household waste management: fee, possibility of 100m container or management by the owner for 5€ per week and weekend (to be paid to the owner) to be defined on site.
* Recycling: 100m container available.
