Holiday cottage located 200 meters from the village, adjoining another residence at the rear. This new house features, on the ground floor, an entryway opening onto the kitchen/living room, a separate toilet, and a bedroom (1 160-bed) with a private bathroom. Upstairs: a landing with a large closet for storage leading to a bathroom with a washing machine, a separate toilet, a first bedroom (160-cm bed), and a second bedroom (160-cm bed; access via a door 1.70 m high). Both on the ground floor and upstairs, the house is equipped with reversible underfloor heating and cooling. Wi-Fi. Outside, there is a fully covered patio with patio furniture, a lounge chair, a plancha grill, and an outdoor refrigerator. Private parking on the property. A charging station for hybrid and electric cars is available in the city center, 200m away. (No technical capability at the holiday cottage) Access through the gate with a digital keypad. Shared entrance: right of way for No. 42 (the owners’ parents).

Bed linen provided.

Optional: Housekeeping package: €140/stay; towels for hire: €10/person/stay.

In addition if chosen:
* Heating package: 5€/day (to be paid to the owner).
* Household waste management: fee, possibility of 100m container or management by the owner for 5€ per week and weekend (to be paid to the owner) to be defined on site.
* Recycling: 100m container available.
