Close to La Flèche zoo, this charming chalet offers a natural environment for an ideal stay with family or friends. Comfortable, cosy and serene, the chalet is designed for a pleasant stay. You can also enjoy a view of the river "Le Loir" from the 27m² terrace. All on ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, lounge area with large sofa, large flat-screen TV and Bluetooth speaker. 3 bedrooms. Separate WC, 1 shower room with Italian shower and 1 washbasin. 1 separate toilet. Heating and air-conditioning included. A partnership with the zoo will enable you to obtain reduced rates on request before your arrival, with a discount card for the family. Also very close to Lac de la Monnerie, where you can enjoy a sandy beach, the leisure park is the ideal playground for young and old. Also appreciated for its fishing lake and bird lake, the site is sure to please walkers and nature lovers alike. The maximum capacity is 6 people, and no extra guests are accepted day or night. The gîte is not a venue for family celebrations or other parties of more than 6 people.

This Chalet is offered as a whole, with private parking on a 1400m² plot with direct access to the river. A fence secures access to the "Loir".
Fishing available with daily, weekly or annual cards.
Access to the 27m² terrace from the living room overlooking the river. Petanque court.
A plancha is at your disposal.
A living room with large sofa, flat screen TV, Bluetooth speaker and Internet access. A kitchen/dining room equipped with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, Cookeo, raclette machine.
Baby equipment (Umbrella bed and/or high chair) can be provided on request. Board games are available.
2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190. A bathroom with vanity unit (hairdryer available) and separate toilet.
Additional cleaning charge: €70 (worktop, crockery, kitchen appliances and plancha must be cleaned even if the cleaning charge has been taken).
Bed linen and towels included. Beds made on arrival.

Departure at 11:00 am
The maximum capacity is 6 people, no extra people will be accepted day or night.

Isabelle Une région à découvrir
C'est à l'occasion de la visite au zoo de la Flèche, que nous avons découvert la région.
Les étangs proches du gîte offrent de très belles promenades. Le marché de la flèche du mercredi régale les estomacs. Il y a aussi plein d'autres sites à découvrir.
Le gîte est une petite pépite en bordure du Loir avec un grand jardin et une belle terrasse.- Cleanliness

Maison en bord du Loir, très prisée par les pêcheurs et tout aussi appréciée par la famille que nous étions. Sapin de Noël à l'appui ; nous avons pu profiter de ce séjour en toute quiétude. maison confortable très agréable à vivre où rien ne manque .très proche du zoo avec une vue superbe . accueil chaleureux avec de multiples petites attentions .parfait donc .nous recommandons ce gite et y retournerons à l’occasion

Gîte La Terrasse du Loir - La Flèche Très beau gîte
Nous avons loué le gîte La Noisette car nous avions une réservation d'un groupe plus important que notre capacité d'accueil, le gîte La Noisette étant à 70 mètres du nôtre, c'était un bon compromis.
Nous le referons dès que l'occasion se présentera car ce gîte a été rénové avec goût, les propriétaires sont très sympa, nous recommandons sans problèmes.

Aurélie Superbe maison avec vue magnifique
Superbe maison, décorée avec goût et avec une vue magnifique sur la rivière en contrebas.
Très bel endroit, accueil chaleureux.
On aurait envie d'y rester plus longtemps.
