Close to La Flèche zoo, this charming chalet offers a natural environment for an ideal stay with family or friends. Comfortable, cosy and serene, the chalet is designed for a pleasant stay. You can also enjoy a view of the river "Le Loir" from the 27m² terrace. All on ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, lounge area with large sofa, large flat-screen TV and Bluetooth speaker. 3 bedrooms. Separate WC, 1 shower room with Italian shower and 1 washbasin. 1 separate toilet. Heating and air-conditioning included. A partnership with the zoo will enable you to obtain reduced rates on request before your arrival, with a discount card for the family. Also very close to Lac de la Monnerie, where you can enjoy a sandy beach, the leisure park is the ideal playground for young and old. Also appreciated for its fishing lake and bird lake, the site is sure to please walkers and nature lovers alike. The maximum capacity is 6 people, and no extra guests are accepted day or night. The gîte is not a venue for family celebrations or other parties of more than 6 people.

This Chalet is offered as a whole, with private parking on a 1400m² plot with direct access to the river. A fence secures access to the "Loir".
Fishing available with daily, weekly or annual cards.

Baby equipment (Umbrella bed and/or high chair) can be provided on request. Board games are available.
2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190. A bathroom with vanity unit (hairdryer available) and separate toilet.

Additional cleaning charge: €70 (worktop, crockery, kitchen appliances and plancha must be cleaned even if the cleaning charge has been taken).
Bed linen and towels included. Beds made on arrival.
