The commune of Livet is located in the Coëvrons, an area renowned for its marked hiking and trail trails, as well as for its Petites cités de caractère (small towns of character), including Sainte Suzanne and Saint Pierre sur Erve. Livet is just 8 km from the Paris/Rennes freeway, Vaiges exit, 7 km from Sainte Suzanne and 7 km from Evron with its abbey. All shops and services in Evron. 50 m from the Holiday cottage, a 7400m² public lake with picnic tables and fishing (trout, whitefish, predators) from March to September with a federal fishing card (available on the FFP website).
