The Holiday cottage Saint-Martin is opposite the church. This former presbytery has been converted into 2 adjoining Holiday cottages. The commune of Livet is located in the Coëvrons, an area renowned for its marked hiking and trail trails, as well as for its Petites cités de caractère (small towns of character), including Sainte Suzanne and Saint Pierre sur Erve. Livet is just 8 km from the Paris/Rennes freeway, Vaiges exit, 7 km from Sainte Suzanne and 7 km from Evron with its abbey. All shops and services in Evron. 50 m from the Holiday cottage, a 7400m² public lake with picnic tables and fishing (trout, whitefish, predators) from March to September with a federal fishing card (available on the FFP website). LEVEL 1: bedroom (2) 19m² with 3 beds 90x190, storage and desk - bedroom (3) 15.8m² with 2 beds 90x190, storage and desk - shower room with shower, washbasin, towel dryer - separate WC.
Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed - high chair.

Isabella Logement très agréable
Nous étions 3 couples avec 2 bébés. Nous avions pris ce logement pour avoir un pied à terre, proche d'une fête de famille. Nous n'avons donc pas visiter la région. Le logement était très agréable pour nous tous et spacieux pour nous recevoir.

Gilles gite tout confort
Ce gîte est très grand idéal pour accueillir une grande famille même si ce séjour fut pour le travail, on a pu s'y reposer confortablement . Le cadre est très sympa.
