In an old restored mill, come and discover our gîte d'étapes "Le Moulin Arrondeau" in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional Normandie Maine, along the river La Mayenne and about ten kilometers from Mont des Avaloirs, the highest point in Western France. Very close to the GR®22 Paris - Le Mont St Michel and several loop circuits starting at the foot of the gîte. Whether on foot, on horseback or by bike, you'll love this gîte at the foot of the Mayenne river. It can also be rented by professionals as a stopover. There are plenty of places to visit within a radius of less than 30km: Lassay les Châteaux, a small town full of character with its medieval castle, Bagnoles-de-l'Orne, a spa with its lake, its casino and its wide range of cures and treatments accessible to all, Alençon and the Lace Museum, and of course the not-to-be-missed Alpes Mancelles, including the charming villages of St Léonard-des-Bois, Saint-Cénéri-le-Gérei and St-Pierre-des-Nids with the Canyon des Toyères, which is not to be missed... Weekday stopover gîte - 6 rooms from 3 to 5 beds
Weekday stopover package: €25 per person, per night - WE rate for the whole gîte €520 for 1 or 2 nights.
Ground floor: 1 large room for 40 people seated - 1 room for 20 people seated with rest area, TV and sofa - 1 kitchen with crockery, piano, oven, small appliances for 40 people - 1st and 2nd floor: 6 bedrooms (from 3 to 5 single beds) - 1 bathroom with WC for disabled people - 5 separate WCs - 2 shower rooms with 2 showers each and 2 washbasins.
Outside: bicycle shed - 2 garden furniture sets. Possibility of grazing a horse (provide fencing).
WIFI available throughout - Television
Electricity on meter reading - Housework 150€.
