Stay at the Haras des Alpes Mancelles Holiday cottage for a get-together with friends or family. Everything is designed to make your stay a convivial one: a large, fully-equipped kitchen with a long dining table, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a large smart TV screen, Orange fiber and games. Upstairs is the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (each with 1 or 2 double beds, 3 in 140*190 and 1 in 160*190), and for added privacy, 2 shower/bathrooms and 2 WCs. Outside, you'll find a shaded lawn with garden furniture for enjoying the warm weather. You'll be able to observe wild animals (squirrels, rabbits, deer...). A table tennis and badminton table (rackets and balls) are also available. Holiday cottage du Haras is located in the Normandie Maine Regional Nature Park, which spans 3 départements: Mayenne, Orne and Sarthe. The park is ideal for hiking, horse-riding and mountain biking. In Gesvres, you'll discover the unspoilt rolling hills of the Alpes Mancelles. From the Mont des Avaloirs lookout, the highest point in the western Armorican Massif at 416m, you can admire the Mayenne and Orne Forests. Local shops (bakery, mini-market, bank, etc.) are 5km away in Saint Pierre des Nids. The nearest major City is Alençon, 21km away. Leisure area with kayak, tree climbing, orienteering, mini golf, pony rides... in Saint-Léonard des Bois. Visit small towns of character such as Saint-Cénéri-le-Gerei (the village, painters' and artists' studios, the Auberge) and Fresnay-sur-Sarthe (silver medal winner of the French people's favorite village in 2021) or Lassay-les-Châteaux with its famous, well-preserved medieval castle. Weekend stays: Friday 5pm to Sunday 3pm - Weekly stays from 5pm on day of arrival and 12pm on day of departure. Up to 8 people can be accommodated, including babies.

OPTION : 95€ cleaning (1 per stay from 1 to 14 nights) (if the cleaning option is not requested, the amount of the cleaning of the same value will be asked to you then restored at the time of the inventory of fixtures of exit if the places are returned in the same state of cleanliness noted at the time of the inventory of fixtures of entry).
