The Holiday cottage is located on the second site of a working farm with a building open onto meadows with pregnant heifers and cows. Your closest neighbors are the cattle in winter...in spring they're off to the fields. From the gîte you can go hiking and mountain biking, and from the terrace and bedrooms you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding Countryside and pond. Saint Aubin du Désert is 13 km from Saint Léonard des Bois, and other Alpes Mancelles activity spots such as Saint Cénéri-le-Gerei and Sillé-le-Guillaume. Activities: accrobranche, Hiking, horse-riding, kayaking, Swimming. All shops and services are in Villaines la Juhel, 10km away. Let the owners guide you to discover the local producers of vegetables, bread, honey ... and your outings. Professional stay: 6 people - Obligatory housework 120€ per stay from 1 to 14 nights. Weekend stay: entry on Friday 5pm - departure on Sunday 5pm. Stay from 3 nights: entry 5pm - departure 10am.
