The gîte du Cormier is exceptional in its proportions, facilities and surroundings. Choose your bedroom from 6 different moods. For games, there's a choice of board games, table soccer, table tennis and a 4150m² fishing pond (carp ~6kg, pike and roach). The gîte is located on the second site of a working farm, where you'll find a building open onto meadows with pregnant heifers and cows. Your closest neighbors are the cattle in winter... in spring they move out into the fields well beyond the gîte. From the gîte, you can go hiking and mountain biking. From the terrace and bedrooms, you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and pond. Watch the wild ducks! Saint Aubin du Désert is 13 km from Saint Léonard des Bois, and other Alpes Mancelles activity spots such as Saint Cénéri-le-Gerei and Sillé-le-Guillaume. Activities: accrobranche, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, swimming. All shops and services are in Villaines la Juhel, 10km away. Let the owners guide you to discover the local producers of vegetables, bread, honey... and your outings. Professional stay: 6 people - Cleaning required 120€ per stay from 1 to 14 nights. Weekend stay: check-in Friday 5pm - check-out Sunday 5pm. For stays of 3 nights or more: check-in 5pm - check-out 10am.
