With your feet in the water, facing the ecological swimming pool (240m²), you can spend vacations or weekends in a warm environment. Swimming pool shared with a 2nd gite and the owner's guests, usable from mid-April to mid-October, unheated, depth 1.50m to 1.70m (width: 15m and length: 15m). Independent gîte, adjoining another gite (not overlooked), all on one level, garden furniture, terrace, enclosed grounds, barbecue, ping-pong table available, parking. Possibility of fishing and hiking on site. Main room 50m², fitted kitchen, 2 master suites: 1 bedroom (1 bed 180x200), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200) with private shower room/wc, 1 small mezzanine (pull-out bed 80x190). Mobile phone on request. Summer air-conditioning on meter reading. Spa for 6 people shared by the 2 gîtes. Rental Friday to Friday. Leisure center with swimming and wake park at La Rincerie 8km. GITE equipped with fiber. 4G access to all networks. To warm up the atmosphere in the off-season, there's plenty of room for the wood-burning stove! Family fishing on site 1000m², with a fishing card for the river Usure (300m) or the Base de loisirs de la Rincerie. Attractive children's play area (zip-line, swing...) 300m away. In the village of Niafles, bar-grocery 850m. All shops in Craon (7km), as well as a beautiful aquatic complex with spa.
