Between Angers and Baugé, stay in this large gite with swimming pool in a relaxing setting on the edge of the forest. Take advantage of the vast outdoor spaces to enjoy the fresh country air: 500m² garden, beautiful wooden terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, chiliennes, table tennis... And don't forget the swimming pool, which will delight young and old all summer long. The gîte comprises a large fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and direct access to the terrace, a separate living room with sofas, TV, library and pool table. The two ground-floor bedrooms are accessible for disabled guests, and each has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and raised toilet. The kitchen has also been designed for easy use by wheelchair users. Separate toilet on first floor. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed, one with a 90cm bed and one with a 160cm bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet is also on the first floor. You'll be 25 minutes from Angers, and 8 minutes from the Marcé toll booth, for easy access from the Paris region via the A11. Take a trip to the banks of the Loire, 15 minutes away, or take a walk along the footpaths, 10 minutes from the gîte. The owners' home is located on the same estate, 40 meters from the gîte, with no overlooked outdoor living spaces. The swimming pool is 40 meters from the gîte and is open from early June to mid-September, 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5:30pm. Reserved for guests of the gîte. Dimensions: 4m x 13m, depth 1.5m - no plunge pool. Private on-site parking for 5 vehicles. Wifi internet connection. All-inclusive price: beds made, bed linen and towels provided, cleaning and utilities included. The 160m² gîte can accommodate a maximum of 9 people, including children and babies. Arrivals possible between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm maximum. Sofas are not suitable for sleeping and cannot be used as beds. For the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, parties and receptions are not permitted. Rules and regulations must be signed on entering the accommodation.

Comme toutes les années nous nous retrouvons entre amis pour le pont de l'ascension et cette année nous avions choisi le gîte saint victor de Mr et Mme Rapp.
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce gîte. Nous étions 9 et chacun a pu trouver sa place. Rien ne manquait; la vaisselle et le matériel dans la cuisine étaient largement suffisant.
Les chambres et salles de bain très confortables.
Comme la chaleur n'était toujours au rendez-vous nous avons eu du bois pour faire du feu dans la cheminée pendant notre séjour.
En une phrase séjour au calme dans un très beau gîte.
Merci également à Mr et Mme Rapp pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs réponses à nos demandes au cours de notre séjour.

Edward Our stay at Saint Victor was perfect and we loved our week - the kids especially loved the pool!
We had a brilliant week at Saint Victor, the hosts live nearby and that was not a problem and were very attentive on a couple of details through the week. The house is big, we were two families with 5 kids between us and plenty of inside/outside space. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn't need to bring any extra equipment. As detailed in the description the pool is shared by the owners and their grandkids - this was not a problem, they were very flexible and we were able to use it as much as we needed.
