The gîte comprises a large fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and direct access to the terrace, a separate living room with sofas, TV, library and pool table. The two ground-floor bedrooms are accessible for disabled guests, and each has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and raised toilet. The kitchen has also been designed for easy use by wheelchair users. Separate toilet on first floor. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed, one with a 90cm bed and one with a 160cm bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet is also on the first floor. You'll be 25 minutes from Angers, and 8 minutes from the Marcé toll booth, for easy access from the Paris region via the A11. Take a trip to the banks of the Loire, 15 minutes away, or take a walk along the footpaths, 10 minutes from the gîte. The owners' home is located on the same estate, 40 meters from the gîte, with no overlooked outdoor living spaces. The swimming pool is 40 meters from the gîte and is open from early June to mid-September, 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5:30pm. Reserved for guests of the gîte. Dimensions: 4m x 13m, depth 1.5m - no plunge pool. Private on-site parking for 5 vehicles. Wifi internet connection. All-inclusive price: beds made, bed linen and towels provided, cleaning and utilities included. The 160m² gîte can accommodate a maximum of 9 people, including children and babies. Arrivals possible between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm maximum. Sofas are not suitable for sleeping and cannot be used as beds. For the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, parties and receptions are not permitted. Rules and regulations must be signed on entering the accommodation.
