Between Cholet and Nantes, this group gite provides all the comfort you need for up to 14 people. It comprises two gîtes that are connected from the inside. The first gîte has its own private terrace, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a plancha, a pétanque court and a few bikes (adults / teenagers). Then enter the 25m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area for 8, a 16m² lounge with corner sofa (convertible into a 2-person bed), armchair and TV. On the first floor, you'll find a shower room (Italian shower, vanity unit, toilet), a first bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and TV. A room with two 90x190cm beds, without windows, is also on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find room for 4 people in two small en-suite bedrooms: the first 8.70m² with 2 beds 90x190cm, and the second 8.50m² with a bed 140x190cm and a small en-suite shower room (wc, small vanity unit and shower). The second gîte: its 35m² terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and plancha, giving access to the 33m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 and lounge with corner sofa and TV. First floor: shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet, plus a first bedroom with a 140x190cm bed. Upstairs is a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a small 8.30m² bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds. A 36m² reception room is also accessible from the terrace of the first gîte for gatherings. This room includes a kitchen, a lounge with 2 convertible sofas that can be used for sleeping, and a shower room with shower, toilet, urinal and vanity unit. Continuing on, a 35 m2 room with billiards, table soccer and darts, plus a video projector for evening entertainment. Ample on-site gated parking. Utilities included. No towels provided. Wifi internet connection. From the gîte, take the hiking trail to the Sèvre Nantaise river. Le Puy du Fou is 30 minutes away, Nantes and the Machines de l'ïle 35 minutes, Tiffauges and Bluebeard's castle, Maulévrier and the Japanese garden, La Boissière du Doré zoo, Camifolia, Angers... The famous Hellfest festival in Clisson is a 15-minute drive from the gîte.
