Entirely on one level, this holiday rental features a 17m² living room with dining area, fitted and equipped kitchen, sofa bed (sleeps 2, 140x190cm) and television. Next door is the 12m² bedroom with double bed (140x190cm), storage and TV, plus a 90x190cm mezzanine mattress suitable for a child. The bathroom has a washbasin and walk-in shower. The toilets are independent. Outside, you can relax on the terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. 2 other gîtes are located on the property (ref: H49G021263 and H49G021269). By booking all three gîtes, you can accommodate up to 12 people on site! A reception room is also available on site and can be rented on request. In a laundry room shared by all three gîtes, you'll find a tumble dryer and washing machine.
