Between Cholet and Nantes, this vacation rental created in 2022 will provide you with all the comfort you need for your stay. The terrace in front of the gîte is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a plancha. Also available: petanque court and bicycles (adults and teenagers). A room with two 90x190cm beds, without window, is also on the first floor. Upstairs you'll find room for up to 4 people in two small en-suite bedrooms: the first 8.70m² with 2 beds 90x190cm and the second 8.50m² with a bed 140x190cm and a small en-suite shower room (wc, small vanity unit and shower). The two gîtes are adjoining and can be connected on request. At the foot of the gîte, you'll find the hiking trail leading down to the Sèvre Nantaise river. You'll be 15 min from Clisson, 20 min from Cholet, 30 min from the Puy du Fou, 35 min from Nantes, and 1h30 from the Atlantic coast. The famous Hellfest festival (second half of June) is a 15-minute drive from the gîte.
