In the heart of the Brière Regional Park, you can enjoy its many hiking trails, bike paths, and boat or horse-drawn carriage rides. The holiday cottage is located 400 m from shops and Restaurants, 9 km from Guérande and the nearest beaches, 15 km from major seaside resorts such as La Baule, Pornichet, Le Pouliguen, Le Croisic, Piriac, and La Turballe, and 20 km from St. Nazaire (home to the “Giants of the Sea” shipyard). A pond and small beach with supervised swimming in the summer are 400 m away.
Private, enclosed garden of 100 m².
Ground floor: living room with open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker) and traditional filter coffee maker; small veranda and separate restroom.
Upstairs (staircase is a bit steep but safe): 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed; 2: 1 140x190 bed + Bed 90x190) and a bathroom with toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi
2 fans that can be placed as you wish.
Not included: electricity, electric heating during the heating season (flat rate of 9€/day), bed linens (8€/person/stay), and bath towels (6€/person/stay) available as an option.

Welcome to the Briéron region, between land and sea. The "Agapanthe" gîte invites you to relax and unwind. Take advantage of the many hiking and cycling trails, as well as the beautiful beaches of the Guérande peninsula. You can also marvel at the medieval town and the salt marshes.

Schönes Gites mit gemütlichem Garten, sehr ruhig, hübscher Ort, tolle Bäckerei + großer Supermarkt fußläufig. Nur etwas hellhörig.
