The holiday cottage is located 400 m from shops and Restaurants, 9 km from Guérande and the nearest beaches, 15 km from major seaside resorts such as La Baule, Pornichet, Le Pouliguen, Le Croisic, Piriac, and La Turballe, and 20 km from St. Nazaire (home to the “Giants of the Sea” shipyard). A pond and small beach with supervised swimming in the summer are 400 m away.

Ground floor: living room with open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker) and traditional filter coffee maker; small veranda and separate restroom.
Upstairs (staircase is a bit steep but safe): 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed; 2: 1 140x190 bed + Bed 90x190) and a bathroom with toilet.
