Semi-detached house renovated in 2007, located in a quiet salt-marsh village, 2.5 km from Guérande and 6 km from La Baule and La Turballe.
Semi-enclosed 80 m² garden with terrace and boules area.
Ground floor: living room, separate fitted kitchen, shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: 3 beds 90x190), bathroom with washbasin and toilet.
Equipment included: fiber-optic wifi, DVD player, freezer, cot/chair and baby bouncer.
Not included: electricity, underfloor electric heating on ground floor and convector heaters upstairs (10€/day, or meter reading between seasons), bed linen, towels and tourist tax.

    Le gite le Paludier est un endroit que nous connaissons bien car cela fait plus de cinq ans que nous y venons (toujours à la même époque) il fait vraiment partie de nos préférences.
