Semi-detached house renovated in 2007, located in a quiet salt-marsh village, 2.5 km from Guérande and 6 km from La Baule and La Turballe.
Semi-enclosed 80 m² garden with terrace and boules area.
Ground floor: living room, separate fitted kitchen, shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: 3 beds 90x190), bathroom with washbasin and toilet.
Equipment included: fiber-optic wifi, DVD player, freezer, cot/chair and baby bouncer.

    Au calme et à deux pas des marais salants et de l'océan

    Maison bien au calme, en retrait de la ville et très bien située sur la presqu'île. Gîte bien équipé, fonctionnel, très agréable. Nous garderons par ailleurs un excellent souvenir de l'accueil très sympathique des propriétaires.
