Independent old house, restored in 2016 with noble materials (lime, bricks, natural stone, terracotta floor tiles, local wood) to retain all its authenticity. Le Martin Pêcheur, a certified Fishing Holiday cottage, is located next to the River Don and a public fish pond, in the heart of the Remarkable site of La Forge renowned for its fauna/flora (17 km of marked trails). East-facing terrace accessible from 1st floor + private enclosed garden with trees (300 m²) by the river opposite the Holiday cottage (5 m away). Fishing room (fridge/bin with aerator).
Ground floor: living/dining room (wood-burning stove), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), 1 small glass-enclosed bedroom (bed 90x190), shower room, separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (bed 160x200 + bed 90x190) and shower room/wc.
Facilities include: wifi, radio/CD, tumble dryer, full baby equipment.
Included: bed linen (beds made).
Not included: Wood heating/electricity, electricity (meter reading: 8 kWh/day included and more at extra charge) and bathroom linen. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (65€). Pets: deposit 100€ (Pets on request).

Welcome to the exceptional site of La Forge de Moisdon la Rivière. Nathalie and Manuel welcome you to Le Martin Pêcheur, a typical, comfortable house.
A native of the area, Nathalie will be able to point you in the right direction and explain the history of the site and its surroundings.
Manuel, a keen fisherman and administrator of the local AAPPMA, will be happy to give you information on the best spots. The area has a number of ponds nearby, renowned for their carnivorous fish (black bass, pike and pike-perch) as well as carp and whitefish. He can also give you details of the old construction techniques that he has mastered so well.

Céline Belle expérience : le site de gîte de France est facile à utiliser et complet au niveau descriptif.
Nous avons apprécié le gîte, très bien rénové et très bien équipé : rien ne manque ! L'accueil par Madame Vanderquand était très chaleureux, à l'écoute et attentionnée. Un petit regret : ne pas avoir pu faire le tour de l'étang car le chemin de randonnée était fermé à cette époque.

carmela Nous avons passé une très belle semaine, on s'y sent comme chez soi.
Dès l'entrée dans le gîte on se sent bien, l'accueil de la propriétaire nous met de suite à l'aise. J'ai adoré les carrelages, la déco, Coup de coeur pour la suite à l'étage avec sa terrasse. Et que dire de l'environnement, La rivière, les forges, l'étang, la forêt, les sentiers de randonnées ...

Nous avons logé dans cette agréable et très jolie maison, très bien aménagée avec tout le confort et tous les accessoires nécessaires, rien ne manque ! Le site est au calme, avec un petit cours d'eau tout a côté et un étang proche.
Notre hôte a été très accueillante et sympathique.

Nathalie est vraiment très agréable, souriante et toujours disponible. Nous avons passé une semaine très sympathique. Le gîte est fonctionnel et propre. Beaucoup de vaisselle et d'ustensiles cuisine. La literie est confortable et très propre également. Nous recommandons vivement cette belle maison pour passer des moments de convivialité. Très bien située et proche de jolies balades à la fraîcheur des arbres et de l'étang. C'est certain, nous reviendrons !!
