East-facing terrace accessible from 1st floor + private enclosed garden with trees (300 m²) by the river opposite the Holiday cottage (5 m away). Fishing room (fridge/bin with aerator).
Ground floor: living/dining room (wood-burning stove), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), 1 small glass-enclosed bedroom (bed 90x190), shower room, separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (bed 160x200 + bed 90x190) and shower room/wc.
Facilities include: wifi, radio/CD, tumble dryer, full baby equipment.
Included: bed linen (beds made).
Not included: Wood heating/electricity, electricity (meter reading: 8 kWh/day included and more at extra charge) and bathroom linen. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (65€). Pets: deposit 100€ (Pets on request).
