Adjoining another house, this Holiday cottage is a true place of tranquility and rejuvenation, where you can stroll and discover a protected natural area. Just 1 km away, you'll find the "Vioreau pleine nature" Base de loisirs, open during the summer months (no fishing). For excursions further afield, Châteaubriant is 24 km away, Ancenis 32 km and Nantes 45 km. Everything in this Holiday cottage harmoniously combines comfort, nature and authenticity, while respecting the local environment.

1200 m² enclosed garden with terrace (south-east facing), where you can relax from sunrise to sunset.
Ground floor: living room (fireplace with insert), separate fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: 2 twin beds 80x200 with private shower room, 2: 2 twin beds 80x200, 3: bed 90x190 and direct access to garden), bathroom, 2 separate WCs. Some ground-floor rooms are accessible via 2 steps.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: beds 140x190 and 90x190), bathroom/wc.
Facilities included: wifi, Baby Equipment.
Included: 1/8 stere of wood.
Not included: Electric heating, bed linen and towels. Pet 8€/day (deposit 100€). Cleaning package compulsory for business customers (150€).
