L'Annexe Océane is a charming, recently built (2023) independent gîte, adjoining the owners' house, in a quiet location in the heart of Pornic, 500 m from the beach, 300 m from the golf course and 500 m from shops.
Private, secure parking on the property. Wooden terraces at the rear of the gîte (south-facing), and at the front under a covered porch.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room, lounge, shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom with small sea view (bed 160x200), 1 mezzanine space with BZ convertible (140x200) and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed/chair.
All-inclusive: electricity, electric heating, linen (beds made up on arrival), towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Tourist tax extra.
Small pets accepted on request, free of charge.

Ghislaine et Jean Paul Gite très bien les photos sont le reflet de la location, propre, calme, bien équipé et propriétaire très discrets. Bien situé pour les commerces, boulangerie que nous recommandons vivement et petit marché sympa ainsi qu'un sity market très bien.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très confortable, calme dont l'espace est bien optimisé. Il est parfaitement situé pour découvrir cette belle côte de Jade. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce gîte !

Kodosa Séjpour agréable à Pornic
Gite tout à fait conforme aux photographies. Il est bien situé, dans un quartier calme, à deux pas des commerces et du bord de mer ainsi que du chemin côtier très agréable qui mène au coeur de Pornic.
Il est meublé avec goût, rien ne manque, les propriétaires ont pensé à tout.
