L'Annexe Océane is a charming, recently built (2023) independent gîte, adjoining the owners' house, in a quiet location in the heart of Pornic, 500 m from the beach, 300 m from the golf course and 500 m from shops.
Private, secure parking on the property. Wooden terraces at the rear of the gîte (south-facing), and at the front under a covered porch.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room, lounge, shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom with small sea view (bed 160x200), 1 mezzanine space with BZ convertible (140x200) and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed/chair.
All-inclusive: electricity, electric heating, linen (beds made up on arrival), towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Tourist tax extra.
Small pets accepted on request, free of charge.

Patrice Superbe séjour au calme dans une très belle région.

Eric Gîte parfait
Malgré un séjour trop court nous avons fait en partie ce que nous voulions faire à savoir les ballades vers La pointe St Gildas et Pornic évidemment . Le gîte est tout simplement parfait grâce à sa fonctionnalité optimisée par la surface . Il ne manque absolument rien dans ce gîte ce qui est a signalé car c est très rare . Bravo et merci aux propriétaires

Wendy Very comfortable Gite in a very quiet area
We had a very warm welcome from our hosts and the gite was wonderful. Everything was immaculate and the kitchen was very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very nice area to sit outside weather permitting. Lovely coastal walk into Pornic and beautiful scenery all along the coast. Great holiday

Excellent accueil des propriétaires avec des cadeaux de bienvenue très appréciables. Gite parfaitement propre, très bien équipé et très confortable. Il est idéalement situé pour se déplacer à pied jusqu'à ste marie sur mer ou Pornic pour les commerces. À proximité immédiate de l'océan. Nous remercions chaleureusement Mr et Mme HERBIN pour ces vacances réussies.
