Detached Holiday cottage, behind the owners' house, in the heart of the Parc de Brière, near the marshes, on the Montoir/St Joachim main road (30 m back from the road), 8 km from St Nazaire and 20 km from La Baule.
Other Holiday cottage on site (total capacity: 4 people).
Private parking on property.
Private west-facing terrace (15 m²) and small garden.
Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), shower room and separate WC.
Amenities include: wifi, full baby equipment on request, washing-machine dryer, Tassimo coffee maker and pod maker.
Included: bed linen and towels, electricity and electric heating.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (50€) and tourist tax (0.66€/night/person).

Amandine Agréable séjour en Brière
Le gîte l'Aigrette est idéal pour un séjour en Brière. Il a deux pas du marais et très proche de Saint Joachin, la capitale de la Brière.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Lediglich die Dusche und Toilette waren sehr schmal und deshalb besser für sehr schlanke Menschen geeignet.- Cleanliness

Titis02 gîte très confortable et proche de tout (boulangerie, commerces, plage, villes, campagne, randonnée)
On se sent très vite comme chez soi (lit fait, draps fournis, TTC) et on a juste envie d'y retourner surtout quand on a eu du beau temps comme cela fut le cas pendant notre séjour (se baigner fin septembre en Bretagne, on y pensait et on l'a fait); les propriétaires sont très sympas et discrets à la fois; adresse à retenir pour de futurs séjours pour revoir et visiter d'autres endroits (Saint-Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet, Batz-sur-mer, Saint-Brévin-les Pins par le pont, le parc naturel de Brière...)
