Detached Holiday cottage, behind the owners' house, in the heart of the Parc de Brière, near the marshes, on the Montoir/St Joachim main road (30 m back from the road), 8 km from St Nazaire and 20 km from La Baule.
Other Holiday cottage on site (total capacity: 4 people).
Private parking on property.
Private west-facing terrace (15 m²) and small garden.
Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), shower room and separate WC.
Amenities include: wifi, full baby equipment on request, washing-machine dryer, Tassimo coffee maker and pod maker.
Included: bed linen and towels, electricity and electric heating.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (50€) and tourist tax (0.66€/night/person).

Bruno et Marie Nous sommes très bien accueilli à Saint malo de guersac malgré le changement de propriétaire.
Séjour réussie malgré un peu de pluie ☔️. Nous avons fait de belles balades sur les chemins côtier.

Florian Séjour agréable au coeur de la Brière
Gite fonctionnel répondant à nos besoins (couple avec enfant en bas âge) environnement calme, logement fonctionnel, propriétaires à l'écoute et généreuses.
Le gite est situé dans le Parc Naturel Régional de la Brière. Un bon nombre d'activités et de visites sont possible à proximité.
Les services et commodités sont convenables. Les déplacements peuvent être effectués à vélo et le littoral est assez proche en voiture.- Cleanliness
