Charming refurbished apartment on the Domaine du Golf de Pornic, in a quiet 3-storey residence, 10 min walk from the beach, Marina with bars and restaurants, 5 min walk from shops and 400 m from the main entrance to the golf course. 12 m² open-air terrace with superb view of the Golf. In the residence, Piscine (unheated) open from June to September, petanque court and private parking.
2nd floor (no elevator): bright, living room (with quality convertible sofa bed 140x190), open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (Merino bed 160x200), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities included: wifi, Nespresso machine (+ filter coffee maker).
Not included: electricity, Electric heating (fixed rate €8/night from October to May, depending on temperatures), sheets and towels for hire on request, tourist tax, compulsory cleaning (fixed rate €50).
Deposit of 500€ (not cashed) on arrival and returned on departure if the apartment is in order on arrival.
500 m from the residence: Golf, mini-golf and Tennis.
No corporate rentals
No parties allowed
No pets allowed
No sales agents, legal or illegal, are allowed in the apartment, under penalty of being reported to the police.

Très bel appartement avec une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût.
Avec vue imprenable sur le golf, nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette location de par son confort et sa situation pour accéder au centre-ville, à la plage et aux commerces à pied.
Excellent accueil de la propriétaire à notre arrivée comme tout le long de notre séjour pour nous transmettre les bons plans pour agrémenter notre séjour.
Nous avons apprécié sa bienveillance à notre égard.
