In the residence, Piscine (unheated) open from June to September, petanque court and private parking.
2nd floor (no elevator): bright, living room (with quality convertible sofa bed 140x190), open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (Merino bed 160x200), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities included: wifi, Nespresso machine (+ filter coffee maker).
Not included: electricity, Electric heating (fixed rate €8/night from October to May, depending on temperatures), sheets and towels for hire on request, tourist tax, compulsory cleaning (fixed rate €50).
Deposit of 500€ (not cashed) on arrival and returned on departure if the apartment is in order on arrival.
500 m from the residence: Golf, mini-golf and Tennis.
