20 km from Nantes, in the heart of a preserved natural environment, calm and relaxation await you in this independent gîte, adjoining the owners' house, set in their superb enclosed landscaped park (6000 m²). Private terrace with lovely view of the swimming pool and garden. Heated swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September (5x10 m), shared with the owners. Ground floor (access by 4 steps): living room (sofa bed 140x190) with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) and shower room/wc. Equipment included: wifi, combined microwave oven, electric barbecue, complete baby equipment, fan. All inclusive: electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and cleaning service. Numerous hiking trails nearby. La Baule/Pornichet/Guérande 40 km.

We are delighted to welcome you to this haven of peace surrounded by birds, close to the Nantes conurbation and the Atlantic Ocean.
Come and recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet, relax by the pool, listen to the sound of a fountain or the song of a bird... I'll be delighted to show you around the garden and share with you the cycling and walking routes from and near the property.

Idéalement situé entre Nantes et la côte atlantique. Endroit parfait à tous les niveaux, équipements, confort, grand terrain arboré, décoration avec goût . La piscine est impeccablement entretenue. Catherine donne d’excellents conseils pour les visites.

Super ! Propriétaires trés accueillants, discrets et disponible. le cadre de vie est propice a la zenitude. La piscine est appréciable surtout lors de fortes chaleurs avec un accés sur une plage horaires confortable . Nous avons passés un excellent séjour .

Suleika Prima voor een kort verblijf
Mooie plek, helaas geen comfort bij zitten. Krukken aan de bar om te eten is prima, maar niet voor uren. Letten bank vinden wij oncomfortabel (hang/glijbank), maar dat is persoonlijk. Buiten zitten was prima.

Bedankt voor uw feedback. Het spijt me dat u de zitgelegenheid oncomfortabel vond. Het huisje heeft namelijk een leren bank in de woonkamer en een loungehoek op het overdekte terras. Ik wens u het allerbeste. Catherine -

Petite gare qui permet d’aller directement au centre de Nantes en 20 minutes !

This gite, within an easy walk of St Etienne du Montluc, is within easy access of many interesting destinations, Nantes, Angers, Guerande and Rocheforte en Terre being the highlights. The gite is perfect for two people, modern, with excellent facilities, and superb swimming pool.
