20 km from Nantes, in the heart of a preserved natural environment, calm and relaxation await you in this independent gîte, adjoining the owners' house, set in their superb enclosed landscaped park (6000 m²). Private terrace with lovely view of the swimming pool and garden. Heated swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September (5x10 m), shared with the owners. Ground floor (access by 4 steps): living room (sofa bed 140x190) with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) and shower room/wc. Equipment included: wifi, combined microwave oven, electric barbecue, complete baby equipment, fan. All inclusive: electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and cleaning service. Numerous hiking trails nearby. La Baule/Pornichet/Guérande 40 km.

Welcome to our gîte "La p'tite Hirondelle" in the heart of the marshes of the Loire estuary.
We are delighted to welcome you to this haven of peace surrounded by birds, close to the Nantes conurbation and the Atlantic Ocean.
Come and recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet, relax by the pool, listen to the sound of a fountain or the song of a bird... I'll be delighted to show you around the garden and share with you the cycling and walking routes from and near the property.

Beau gîte dans un cadre magnifique, très belle piscine! Nous avons beaucoup aimé, même s'il faut compter presque 1h pour aller au bord de mer.

Gite très bien équipé, très confortable
Situé dans un endroit calme et reposant
Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir le soleil toute la semaine
Le gite est très bien situé également pour aller visiter plein de beaux endroits comme Pornichet, la Baule, le Croisic, Nantes, Pornic, et plein d'autres belle villes comme Clisson (qui vaur vraiment le coup d'oeil)
