Renovated traditional semi-detached house on Rue de Nantes, in the heart of the seaside resort of Pornic, close to shops, port and beaches (approx. 900 m). Another gîte next door (possibility of communicating via the gardens). Private enclosed garden of 300 m² (south-facing) with wooden terrace.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 160x200, 2: 2 beds 90x200), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: air conditioning, tumble dryer, freezer compartment and complete baby equipment.
Included: bed linen, towels and household linen.
Not included: electric heating (€20/week), electricity, tourist tax.
Public parking in front of the gîte. Garage for bicycles.

JACQUELINE Déconnexion totale
Gîte très agréable, grâce notamment au calme du grand jardin, dont on profite sur une immense terrasse, et au niveau de confort (literie, équipements, cuisine). Aussi idéalement situé car proche des commodités (magasin U, excellente boulangerie-pâtisserie et marché hebdomadaire à 200 mètres), mais également de la gare : liaisons ferroviaires avec Nantes ainsi qu'avec d'autres beaux villages (baie de Bourgneuf) pour prolonger les balades sur les sentiers côtiers, même s'il y a déjà fort à faire autour de Pornic de ce point de vue.
