Renovated traditional semi-detached house on Rue de Nantes, in the heart of the seaside resort of Pornic, close to shops, port and beaches (approx. 900 m). Another gîte next door (possibility of communicating via the gardens). Private enclosed garden of 300 m² (south-facing) with wooden terrace.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 160x200, 2: 2 beds 90x200), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: air conditioning, tumble dryer, freezer compartment and complete baby equipment.
Included: bed linen, towels and household linen.
Not included: electric heating (€20/week), electricity, tourist tax.
Public parking in front of the gîte. Garage for bicycles.

Maison de pêcheur rénovée, confortable , bien aménagée et bien située.
Rien ne manque.
La place de parking devant le gîte est un plus.
Nous avons profité d'une semaine de fin septembre au calme, sans la foule, avec des couleurs magiques sur la côte.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques.
Le gite est propre et très confortable: literie top, beaucoup de rangements et de vaisselle. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le jardin est un vrai plus. Le gite est bien situé, à 5min à vélo du port et des plages. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !- Cleanliness
